Designed and conducted innovative research and analyzed secondary data to develop customer insight and ground- breaking strategies positioning wireless printing as relevant and necessary. Drove 100% increase in printer sales at major retail partners as well as market share increases during an overall market decline. Awarded the HP Marketing Circle Award.
